This is a full-time, on-site role for a UK University Admission Counsellor, located in Riyadh. The Admission Counsellor will provide expert guidance to students seeking admission to UK universities, helping them identify suitable programs and institutions. Responsibilities include:
- Managing student inquiries
- Conducting one-on-one consultations
- Assisting with university applications
- Maintaining close communication with students to provide updates and support
- Coordinating with university representatives
- Participating in promotional events to support recruitment efforts
Qualifications:
- Strong Interpersonal Communication and general Communication skills
- Customer Service expertise, focusing on personalized student support
- Sales acumen to effectively promote programs and encourage applications
- Background in Education or experience in the higher education sector
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Proficiency in digital tools and CRM systems is an advantage
- Commitment to ethical practices and student-focused service delivery
