Key emphasis for AHZ UK would position the role around three core responsibilities:
- UK-based international student progression — identifying students already in the UK who need their next academic step.
- UK home student recruitment — building a stronger domestic recruitment channel rather than relying exclusively on international recruitment.
- Enquiry-to-enrolment conversion — this should be a genuinely commercial senior consultant role, where success is measured by qualified enquiries, applications, offers, deposits and actual enrolments, rather than simply the number of students counselled.
This also fits well with positioning AHZ's UK operation around progression and further study, which gives the UK team a much clearer proposition than competing only for students applying to the UK from overseas.
