Lead the Field in this Great Sales Leadership Role Attractive package to engage talent Remote with nationwide travel Across Europe our client is number three in their sector with aspirations to take more UK market share. Crucial to this will be our search to find their next Head of Field Sales. The business has achieved record profit lately and increased revenues consistently which they are proud of, but there is more work to be done. They are smaller in the UK than they like, with a plan to grow though their unique product and service offer. Headquartered in Switzerland with revenues of 430m CHF, they bring award winning products that change lives for the better in over 90 markets globally. Their simple but strong culture is built around individuals who feel part of something bigger than themselves, where people are empowered to think differently, make decisions, and take action. Crucial to their plan will be customer development led by a talented Head of Field Sales who will design their winning commercial strategy, set visionary direction, and lead Sales from the front whilst collaborating with other functional Heads across the business reporting to the Managing Director. In this role, you will focus your team on an agenda that understands which key opportunities will deliver. This is an opportunity to reshape where and how the team engages with customers both new and existing, to create best practice systems that support first class trusted relationships that deliver profitable revenue. The scope of this brief means B2B field sales leadership experience is a prerequisite (ideally into customers part of the Local Professional Network servicing primary healthcare like dentists, opticians, audiologists, pharmacists) as is evidence of significant new business development through opening and developing customers through your field based team. You may well have started your career in a blue-chip corporate but since have a preference for smaller companies where there is less bureaucracy and more excitement about making a difference. But most important will be your track record of delivery by engaging people with your vision, built on clear insights that deliver traction with customers and the business alike.
