About the Role
As a Community Care Worker, you will support elderly clients in their homes, delivering hands-on person-centred care. Your main responsibilities include:
- Assessing care needs
- Assisting the care team to ensure client care runs smoothly and efficiently
- Promoting choice, independence, dignity and respect for service users
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 months experience as a Domiciliary / Community Care Worker (desirable)
- Full training will be provided for those with no experience
- Ability to provide 2 clinical UK references from current/previous employer
- Availability for alternative weekend shifts
- Own car preferred but not essential
