About the Role

As a Community Care Worker, you will support elderly clients in their homes, delivering hands-on person-centred care. Your main responsibilities include:

  • Assessing care needs
  • Assisting the care team to ensure client care runs smoothly and efficiently
  • Promoting choice, independence, dignity and respect for service users

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 months experience as a Domiciliary / Community Care Worker (desirable)
  • Full training will be provided for those with no experience
  • Ability to provide 2 clinical UK references from current/previous employer
  • Availability for alternative weekend shifts
  • Own car preferred but not essential
