We are providers of Homecare, providing care to people so they can remain in their own homes. AHP Homecare are now recruiting for the position of Domiciliary / Community Care Worker throughout Leicestershire & beyond. We can offer full flexibility to suit you and your lifestyle, excellent rates of pay starting from £12.00/hr + bank holiday enhancement + 0.35p per mile, free training and 24/7 support.

Requirements:

  • At least 3 months experience as a Domiciliary / Community Care Worker (Desirable)
  • No Experience – Full training can be given
  • Able to provide 2 clinical UK references from your current/previous employer
  • Be available for alternative weekends.
  • Own Car preferred but not essential

About the job:

As a Domiciliary / Community Care Worker within AHP Homecare, your role will be varied but the main focus will be on delivering hands-on person-centered care to our service users and will include:

  • Assessing care needs
  • Assisting the care team to ensure that the client’s needs run smoothly and efficiently
  • Promoting choice, independence, dignity and respect
