About the Job
As a Domiciliary / Community Care Worker, you will support elderly clients in their own homes, providing hands‑on, person‑centered care. Your main focus will be on:
- Assessing care needs
- Assisting the care team to ensure that the client’s needs run smoothly and efficiently
- Promoting choice, independence, dignity and respect
Qualifications
- At least 3 months experience as a Domiciliary / Community Care Worker (desirable)
- No experience required – full training can be given
- Able to provide 2 clinical UK references from your current/previous employer
- Be available for alternative weekends
- Own car preferred but not essential
Compensation & Benefits
- Starting from £12.00 per hour, plus bank holiday enhancement
- 0.35p per mile for travel
