Ahmad & Williams Solicitors are seeking an experienced and motivated Conveyancing Fee Earner to join our growing legal team. This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated legal professional to manage a varied caseload of residential and commercial property matters within a client‐focused practice.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing a full caseload of residential and commercial conveyancing transactions from instruction to completion.
  • Handling sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, leasehold and freehold matters.
  • Drafting and reviewing contracts and legal documentation.
  • Conducting property searches and liaising with lenders, estate agents, clients, and third parties.
  • Ensuring compliance with SRA regulations and anti‐money laundering requirements.
  • Providing clients with clear updates and maintaining excellent client care.
  • Managing exchange of contracts and completion processes efficiently.
  • Working independently while supporting the wider conveyancing team.

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Conveyancing Fee Earner, Conveyancer, Paralegal, Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer.
  • Strong knowledge of UK property law and conveyancing procedures.
  • Ability to manage a busy caseload independently.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem‐solving ability.
  • Experience using conveyancing case‐management systems is advantageous.
