Ahmad & Williams Solicitors are seeking an experienced and motivated Conveyancing Fee Earner to join our growing legal team. This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated legal professional to manage a varied caseload of residential and commercial property matters within a client‑focused practice.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing a full caseload of residential and commercial conveyancing transactions from instruction to completion.
- Handling sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, leasehold and freehold matters.
- Drafting and reviewing contracts and legal documentation.
- Conducting property searches and liaising with lenders, estate agents, clients, and third parties.
- Ensuring compliance with SRA regulations and anti‑money laundering requirements.
- Providing clients with clear updates and maintaining excellent client care.
- Managing exchange of contracts and completion processes efficiently.
- Working independently while supporting the wider conveyancing team.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Conveyancing Fee Earner, Conveyancer, Paralegal, Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer.
- Strong knowledge of UK property law and conveyancing procedures.
- Ability to manage a busy caseload independently.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving ability.
- Experience using conveyancing case‑management systems is advantageous.
