We are pleased to be working with a forward thinking, people focused business who are looking for an experienced Bridging Finance Case Manager to join their growing team.
Our ideal Bridging Finance Case Manager will have at least 12 months' worth of either mortgage or bridging finance experience, with a keen interest in property and a customer focused attitude.
As a Bridging Finance Case Manager, you will have a basic salary of up to £35k on offer, as well as a benefits and bonus package worth shouting about. This is an amazing opportunity to further your career within a well established and regarded company, who put their staff first!
What does the day to day look like?
- Creating term sheets, and organising case files
- Chasing terms that are outstanding with brokers or clients
- Management of the in house CRM system
- Liaising with the Underwriting team
- Obtaining professional quotes once terms have been accepted, and instructing them once agreed
- Booking Broker & BDM appointments
- Requesting and chasing Feefo reviews
PLEASE NOTE- THIS IS AN OFFICE BASED ROLE FROM MONDAY TO FRIDAY SO YOU MUST BE WILLING AND ABLE TO COMMUTE INTO THE OFFICE IN ELSTREE DAILY.
