WHAT IS ON OFFER
Alfred H Knight has an opportunity for a Sample Preparation Technician to join our laboratory in Liverpool. Reporting to the Departmental Manager, you will be responsible for executing sample preparation procedures with high precision and accuracy for various samples/commodities submitted for chemical analysis. Your key responsibilities include ensuring adherence to good laboratory practices, maintaining and calibrating sample preparation equipment, and keeping work areas clean to prevent contamination. Additionally, you will assist in developing training programs, uphold professional standards, and ensure compliance with health and safety policies.

Required Qualifications
- Higher National Education level knowledge or equivalent vocational experience.
- A good knowledge of MS office applications.
- GCSE’s: Chemistry ‘C’ Grade or above.
Shift Pattern
2pm -10pm – Monday – Friday
