Alfred H Knight has a rewarding opportunity for a Business Analysis Lead to join our Technology department at our global Head Office in Prescot, Liverpool. We are looking for a versatile and grounded leader who is motivated by the satisfaction of fixing problems and delivering meaningful business outcomes. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys the balance of leading and coaching a team while remaining hands‑on with key projects.

You will be a champion of best practices, empowering your team by providing the space they need to grow while setting a high standard through your own delivery.

Flexibility that works for you: We offer a balanced hybrid working model, with 3 days in the office and 2 days from home.

Close‑Knit Collaboration: Our Development and IT teams are based on‑site, enabling strong, face‑to‑face working relationships and a truly collaborative atmosphere.

Exciting Pipeline: You will lead the way on high‑impact initiatives, including our Quote‑to‑Cash programme, the modernisation of our in‑house applications, and several innovative data and platform projects.
