- Proven experience of managing multi‑country or international programmes, including oversight of staff and operations.
- Demonstrable experience of financial oversight, budgeting, and working with Boards of Trustees.
- Experience of partnership development and stakeholder engagement at senior level.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong understanding of UK charity law, governance, safeguarding, and compliance requirements.
