Look Ahead in London’s Tower Hamlets is seeking a Specialist Behavioural Support worker to provide person-centred care for individuals with learning disabilities and challenging behaviours.

The role supports daily living, personal care, and community participation, under PBS plans developed with a multidisciplinary team.

The successful candidate will be flexible to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and sleep-ins, and must have right to work in the UK.
