We are currently recruiting for a Team Coordinator to work on a hybrid basis, two/three days from our HQ in Coventry and the remainder working remotely from home, Monday to Friday. This role plays a key part in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of team activity and supporting the delivery of high-profile projects and research. This is a varied and fast-paced role suited to an experienced and confident administrator who enjoys taking ownership, working across multiple priorities and building strong working relationships. It acts as a central point of coordination, helping to keep projects on track and supporting the teams to deliver to the highest standard.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality administrative and coordination support across the Centre of Excellence teams
- Manage and organise meetings, including preparing papers and taking clear, accurate notes/minutes
- Support with diary management, arrangement of travel and accommodation requirements, correspondence, organising internal and external meetings including taking notes and minutes, and preparing agendas and completing papers
- Support the delivery of projects by tracking activity and coordinating inputs across the team
- Manage finance administration, including purchase orders, invoices and expenses
- Maintain accurate systems, records and shared documents
- Act as a key point of contact, building effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Essential Criteria
- Proven experience in an administrative or coordination role
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Confident communicator, with experience working across different stakeholders
- High attention to detail and a proactive, solutions-focused approach
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and systems/databases
- Able to work independently while contributing effectively as part of a team
- Flexibility to attend meetings, if required
