About Us: We are a family-owned 5th generation food and farming business, farming 700ha of specialist vegetable crops including Spinach, Leeks and Kale. We have harvesting and planting roles available to support our current operations team, based from our main farming operations site at Holbeach.

The Role:
- We operate a modern fleet of tractors; previous tractor driving experience would be advantageous.
- To follow all H&S systems including Risk Assessments and Safe Systems of Work and report any areas of concern.
- Responsible to ensure all equipment is correctly maintained and available at the right time to the highest standards.
- Work closely with the rig operators to plan logistics.
- Assist with tasks such as yard and equipment maintenance.
- Ensure a secure load is sent back to the factory in a timely manner.
- Aid other areas of the farming operations if required.
- To maintain and keep up to date records required by the Harvest Manager to provide full traceability and ensure audit compliance.
- Teleporter and forklift licences would be beneficial. You will be required to use a front loader on the tractor and a telehandler.

- A self-motivated individual, who can work to a high standard on their own initiative.
- Be willing to support all entities of the farming business.
- Ability to work alone or as part of a team.
- Attention to detail with a strong work ethic and willingness to embrace challenges.
- An interest in modern farming practices.
- Full driving licence essential to travel between sites.
