Operating from Fosdyke, Lincolnshire, we manage a vast farming operation and maintain joint ventures in fresh produce. We grow and package fresh, wholehead vegetables for wholesale and high-street retailers. Aligning with our farming operations, we are all about growing and nurturing our own People. A progressive company, we invest heavily in sustainable projects from using anaerobic digestion and solar energy to power our premises, to ensuring regenerative farming methods are used out in our fields.

The Role:
Day to day running of lines against packing plan.
Key Responsibilities:
- Programme set up.
- Date code entry and label printing.
- Completion of all line traceability paperwork.
- Visual Product checks.
- Regularly checking metal detectors
- Assist team with planning and performance tracking.
We are looking for:
Essential:
- Experience of managing large diverse groups of people
- Excellent communication skills both oral and written in English
- Strong attention to details
- A team player who is flexible with a ‘can do’ attitude
- The ability to work with a diverse team
Desirable:
- Previous experience in a FMCG or Fresh Produce business.
