Operating from Fosdyke, Lincolnshire, we manage a vast farming operation and maintain joint ventures in fresh produce. We grow and package fresh, wholehead vegetables for wholesale and high-street retailers. Aligning with our farming operations, we are all about growing and nurturing our own People. The Role: Day to day running of lines against packing plan.
Key Responsibilities:
- Programme set up.
- Date code entry and label printing.
- Completion of all line traceability paperwork.
- Visual Product checks.
- Regularly checking metal detectors.
- Assist team with planning and performance tracking.
We are looking for:
Essential:
- Experience of managing large diverse groups of people.
- Excellent communication skills both oral and written in English.
- Strong attention to details.
- A team player who is flexible with a ‘can do’ attitude.
- The ability to work with a diverse team.
Desirable:
- Previous experience in a FMCG or Fresh Produce business.
