Operating from Fosdyke, Lincolnshire, we manage a vast farming operation and maintain joint ventures in fresh produce. We grow and package fresh, wholehead vegetables for wholesale and high-street retailers. Aligning with our farming operations, we are all about growing and nurturing our own People. The Role: We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Key Operative to join our Team in Fosdyke.
Key Responsibilities:
- Day to day running of lines against packaging plan, including programme set up, date code entry and label printing.
- Completion of all line traceability paperwork.
- Visual product quality checks.
- Regularly checking metal detectors.
- Assist the Team Leader with planning and performance tracking.
We are looking for:
- Experience in similar roles.
- Preferably hygiene experience.
- A ‘can-do attitude’, working to high standards and strict deadlines.
- A good eye for detail and a sense of accountability.
- Good understanding of English language.
- Ability to work well as a part of the team.
