About the Role

We are seeking a Newly Qualified Pharmacist to join a supportive community pharmacy team in Ipswich. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide safe and effective pharmaceutical care to patients
  • Dispense and check prescriptions accurately
  • Provide professional advice on medicines and minor ailments
  • Support NHS and locally commissioned pharmacy services
  • Develop strong patient relationships and deliver excellent customer service
  • Work collaboratively with pharmacists, technicians and other healthcare professionals
  • Maintain high standards of clinical governance and regulatory compliance
  • Participate in professional development and training
  • Progress towards Independent Prescribing where applicable

About You

We are looking for someone who:

  • Is a newly qualified UK pharmacist or recently registered with the GPhC
  • Holds or is eligible for GPhC registration
  • Has a genuine interest in community pharmacy
  • Is committed to developing their clinical and professional skills
  • Has good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Is reliable, professional and patient-focused
  • Is willing to undertake further training and development
