Key Responsibilities
- Provide safe and effective pharmaceutical care to patients
- Dispense and check prescriptions accurately
- Provide professional advice on medicines and minor ailments
- Support NHS and locally commissioned pharmacy services
- Develop strong patient relationships and deliver excellent customer service
- Work collaboratively with pharmacists, technicians and other healthcare professionals
- Maintain high standards of clinical governance and regulatory compliance
- Participate in professional development and training
- Progress towards Independent Prescribing where applicable
About You
We are looking for someone who:
- Is a newly qualified UK pharmacist or recently registered with the GPhC
- Holds or is eligible for GPhC registration
- Has a genuine interest in community pharmacy
- Is committed to developing their clinical and professional skills
- Has good communication and interpersonal skills
- Is reliable, professional and patient-focused
- Is willing to undertake further training and development
