About the Role: Our client, a leading community pharmacy in Basingstoke, is seeking an experienced Pharmacist Manager to lead their pharmacy team. This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified pharmacist who is passionate about patient care, regulatory compliance, and developing a high-performing team.

  • Lead the pharmacy team, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities
  • Ensure safe and accurate dispensing of medications in line with GPhC standards and legal requirements
  • Deliver clinical services, including MURs, NMS, and vaccinations where applicable
  • Drive business performance, monitoring KPIs, budgets, and service growth

Requirements:

  • MPharm (or equivalent) and registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC)
  • Proven experience in community pharmacy, ideally with management experience
