An established and growing independent pharmacy chain is currently seeking an experienced Pharmacist Manager to lead one of its community pharmacy branches. This is an excellent opportunity for a patient-focused pharmacist who enjoys managing a team while delivering high-quality healthcare services within the local community.
The Role
The successful candidate will take full responsibility for the day-to-day management of the pharmacy, ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant operations while driving service development and team performance.
Key responsibilities include:
- Overall management and professional leadership of the pharmacy
- Ensuring compliance with GPhC standards and relevant legislation
- Delivering excellent patient care and clinical services
