Our client, a leading community pharmacy in Swindon, is seeking an experienced Pharmacist Manager to lead their pharmacy team. This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified pharmacist who is passionate about patient care, regulatory compliance, and developing a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the pharmacy team, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities
  • Ensure safe and accurate dispensing of medications in line with GPhC standards and legal requirements
  • Deliver clinical services, including MURs, NMS, and vaccinations where applicable
  • Manage day-to-day operations, including stock control, ordering, and workflow efficiency
  • Maintain high standards of patient care and excellent customer service
  • Drive business performance, monitoring KPIs, budgets, and service growth
  • Build strong relationships with local healthcare providers and the wider community

Skills & Experience:

  • MPharm (or equivalent) and registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC)
  • Proven experience in community pharmacy, ideally with management experience
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
  • Commercially aware, with a focus on service growth and team performance
  • Committed to delivering high-quality patient care
