Our client, a leading community pharmacy in Swindon, is seeking an experienced Pharmacist Manager to lead their pharmacy team. This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified pharmacist who is passionate about patient care, regulatory compliance, and developing a high-performing team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the pharmacy team, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities
- Ensure safe and accurate dispensing of medications in line with GPhC standards and legal requirements
- Deliver clinical services, including MURs, NMS, and vaccinations where applicable
- Manage day-to-day operations, including stock control, ordering, and workflow efficiency
- Maintain high standards of patient care and excellent customer service
- Drive business performance, monitoring KPIs, budgets, and service growth
- Build strong relationships with local healthcare providers and the wider community
Skills & Experience:
- MPharm (or equivalent) and registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC)
- Proven experience in community pharmacy, ideally with management experience
- Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
