We are currently recruiting an experienced and motivated Pharmacist Manager to lead a well-established community pharmacy in Dundee. This is an excellent opportunity for a patient-focused pharmacist with strong leadership skills to manage day-to-day pharmacy operations while delivering high-quality clinical and customer services.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the daily operations of the pharmacy, ensuring compliance with GPhC standards and company policies
- Lead, motivate, and develop the pharmacy team to deliver excellent patient care
- Ensure safe, accurate, and efficient dispensing of prescriptions
- Provide professional advice and clinical services to patients and healthcare professionals
- Drive pharmacy performance, service delivery, and patient satisfaction
- Manage stock control, ordering, and financial performance of the pharmacy
- Build and maintain strong relationships with local GP surgeries and healthcare providers
- Deliver and promote NHS and private services, including health checks and consultations
Requirements
- MPharm degree or equivalent
- Registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC)
- Proven experience as a Pharmacist, ideally with management or leadership experience
- Strong organisational and people management skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and make sound clinical decisions
- Commitment to delivering high-quality patient care
