Key Responsibilities: Lead the pharmacy team, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities Ensure safe and accurate dispensing of medications in line with GPhC standards and legal requirements Deliver clinical services, including MURs, NMS, and vaccinations where applicable Manage day-to-day operations, including stock control, ordering, and workflow efficiency Maintain high standards of patient care and excellent customer service Drive business performance, monitoring KPIs, budgets, and service growth Build strong relationships with local healthcare providers and the wider community Skills
