We are currently recruiting an experienced and motivated Pharmacist Manager to lead a well-established community pharmacy in Northampton. This is an excellent opportunity for a patient-focused pharmacist with strong leadership skills to manage day-to-day pharmacy operations while delivering high-quality clinical and customer services.

  • Manage the daily operations of the pharmacy, ensuring compliance with GPhC standards and company policies
  • Lead, motivate, and develop the pharmacy team to deliver excellent patient care
  • Provide professional advice and clinical services to patients and healthcare professionals
  • Drive pharmacy performance, service delivery, and patient satisfaction
  • Manage stock control, ordering, and financial performance of the pharmacy
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with local GP surgeries and healthcare providers
  • Deliver and promote NHS and private services, including health checks and consultations

Registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC). Proven experience as a Pharmacist, ideally with management or leadership experience. Commitment to delivering high-quality patient care.
