We are recruiting an experienced and motivated Pharmacist on behalf of our client on Isle Of Wight. This is an excellent opportunity to join a patient-focused pharmacy team, delivering high-quality pharmaceutical care and supporting the health needs of the local community.

Key Responsibilities

  • Dispense prescriptions accurately and in accordance with legal and professional standards
  • Provide expert advice on medicines, health conditions, and healthy living
  • Ensure compliance with GPhC regulations and company SOPs
  • Deliver excellent customer service and build strong patient relationships
  • Supervise and support pharmacy staff, including technicians and assistants
  • Manage stock levels, ordering, and safe storage of medicines
  • Provide NHS and private services where applicable (e.g. MURs, NMS, vaccinations)
  • Maintain clear and accurate patient records
  • Promote the pharmacy's services within the local community

Requirements

  • MPharm degree or equivalent
  • Registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC)
  • Previous experience in a community or clinical pharmacy setting preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
  • Commitment to patient care and professional development
