Are you a newly qualified pharmacist looking to take the next step in your career within a supportive, forward-thinking community pharmacy environment?

We are working with a well-established independent pharmacy group who are looking for a motivated and patient-focused Pharmacist to join their team in Driffield, East Yorkshire.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a pharmacist at the beginning of their career who wants to build their confidence, develop their clinical skills and become an integral part of a friendly local pharmacy team.

The role

As Pharmacist, you will play a key role in delivering a high standard of patient care and supporting the day-to-day running of the pharmacy.

You will be responsible for:

  • Providing safe, effective and professional pharmaceutical care to patients.
  • Dispensing and checking prescriptions accurately and efficiently.
  • Offering clinical advice and guidance to patients and other healthcare professionals.
  • Supporting the delivery of pharmacy services and clinical programmes.
  • Conducting appropriate consultations and promoting healthy living.
  • Working closely with the pharmacy team to maintain excellent standards of service.
  • Building strong relationships with patients and the wider healthcare community.
  • Ensuring all legal, professional and company standards are consistently met.

What we're looking for

We are keen to hear from newly qualified UK-registered pharmacists, as well as pharmacists who have recently completed their foundation training and are looking for their first permanent role.

You’ll ideally be:

  • A GPhC-registered Pharmacist, or eligible to register.
  • Patient-focused, approachable and professional.
  • A confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Organised, reliable and able to work effectively as part of a team.
  • Keen to develop your clinical knowledge and career within community pharmacy.
  • Commercially aware, while always putting patient care first.

Most importantly, we’re looking for someone with the right attitude and enthusiasm to develop. Full support will be available to help you settle into the role and continue building your confidence as a pharmacist.
