Responsibilities:
- Act as the senior escalation point for L2/L3 service desk incidents, owning issues end‑to‑end through resolution.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across Windows, macOS, Microsoft 365, Azure AD / Entra ID, networking, and endpoint management environments.
- Manage and support the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Intune, and Azure AD, covering licensing, policy configuration, and conditional access.
- Disciplined with ITSM tooling - logs accurately, manages SLAs, and documents findings for the benefit of the wider team.
- Experience with Azure AD conditional access, MFA, SSO, and identity governance.
