Our client is a highly successful full-service brand agency with a modern office in the heart of Norwich City Centre. Due to extensive and ongoing growth, they now require a highly talented and experienced Digital Account Manager to join the team. This role requires a versatile and digital focused Account Manager.
The agency provides a host of services including Animation, Web & Graphic Design, UX Research, UX Design, Video Editing, Print Design, and Video Production.
Due to ongoing growth and expansion plans, our client is looking to welcome an experienced Client Account Manager in the Norwich office. It's a great time to join, with some exciting new projects on the horizon as well as nurturing our current portfolio of clients.
Responsibilities include:
- Day to day contact with key accounts, managing all creative and marketing projects in line with their briefs and requirements.
- Brand guardianship for all your accounts - working closely with the studio to ensure brand consistency and quality across all projects.
- Working closely with clients and the Account Director to create strong marketing strategies and proposals for future projects.
- Updating CMS/Websites and keeping track of projects through project management software (experience of Basecamp an advantage - but not essential).
- Creating creative briefs and liaising with the studio on amendments to projects to manage this through and back to the client to agreed deadlines.
Requirements:
- 3 – 5 years experience working within a Digital or Account Manager role.
- Previous experience in a customer facing role and confident liaising with clients and building strong relationships.
- Digital marketing experience of delivering website projects, SEO, analytics and social media is an advantage.
- Educated to degree level or equivalent (ideally in marketing, business, psychology or another creative discipline) or relevant work experience within a marketing role/marketing agency.
- Proactive in the way you work and your ideas; the agency welcomes all ideas to ensure continuous evolution.
- Confident communicating with clients in person, on the phone and via email.
- Articulate and numerate – the role will involve some simple copy writing, writing creative briefs and communicating with clients.
- Organised – the role involves project management and handling multiple projects at one time.
- Enjoy being involved with creative discussions and brainstorms – not afraid to bring your ideas to the table.
