Our client is a specialist HubSpot Onboarding Agency. Due to on-going growth, we require a driven Business Development Manager with a background in SaaS sales. The business is an exclusive HubSpot Elite Solutions Partner. They specialise in supporting clients in all areas of HubSpot from HubSpot Sales, Marketing and Service through to Content and Operations Hub. They provide custom CRM configuration, Sales, Marketing Training, data migration, SEO and content strategy development, graphic design, branding, user experience and custom journey mapping, custom integrations via API and HubSpot website development.
The Role: Your primary goal will be to exceed sales targets by generating new business opportunities and building strong client relationships. You'll use a mix of outbound sales initiatives, lead generation, and referral development â all supported by proactive marketing campaigns and a highly skilled technical team providing pre- and post-sales support.
The successful candidate will be an experienced Business Development Manager who's capable of building a book of business and making cold calls, as well as leveraging existing contacts and relationships. Whilst HubSpot agency experience is valued, the most important factors are experience selling professional services, a proven track record in business development, and the ability to thrive in a small, remote, fast-paced team.
Key Skills Required:
- A genuine hunter mindset, proactive, energetic, and commercially sharp
- Experience in a multitude of selling methods including phone based cold calling (both cold and warm leads), LinkedIn, Social Media Ads, Industry Events and following up on any selfâgenerated leads.
- Strong communication and relationshipâbuilding skills.
- Proactive, selfâmotivated, and commercially aware.
- Previous experience working within a fastâpaced, deadline driven environment.
- A background in conducting outbound sales calls and client meetings to identify opportunities.
- Experience in creating and delivering proposals and quotes tailored to client needs.
- Previous experience in attending industry events, exhibitions, and faceâtoâface meetings as required.
