  • Act as the senior escalation point for L2/L3 service desk incidents, owning issues end-to-end through resolution.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across Windows, macOS, Microsoft 365, Azure AD / Entra ID, networking, and endpoint management environments.
  • Manage and support the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Intune, and Azure AD, covering licensing, policy configuration, and conditional access.
