Due to growth, our client is hiring a Business Development Manager to drive new client acquisition within the Tech/SaaS space. This is a pure new logo role, focused on identifying demand, converting prospects into clients, and generating long-term revenue through those accounts. You will be expected to operate with pace and consistency, turning hiring signals into signed business weekly.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- New Business Generation
- Win new clients across SaaS & Tech markets
- Build and manage a consistent outbound pipeline
- Convert prospects into signed Terms of Business
- Work with delivery teams to act on live hiring signals from candidates
- Proactively identify new business opportunities via LinkedIn and data tools
- Engage early and position the business ahead of competitors
Strategic Account Mapping
- Identify and map key managers and decision-makers
- Build relationships with CRM leaders (Salesforce, RevOps, Technology)
- Develop trust-based relationships that convert into partnerships
Commercial Ownership
- Run discovery calls and qualify opportunities properly
- Own and negotiate terms and agreements
- Manage the full sales cycle through to signed business
Performance Expectations
- Targeting a minimum of 2 new logos per week
- Consistent pipeline generation and outbound activity
- High conversion from opportunity → signed client → live roles

Compensation & Incentives
