We are currently recruiting for experienced and reliable Security Operatives to join our team and work for one of our major clients in Shoreham-by-Sea.
We have both day and night shift opportunities available, offering consistent hours and the opportunity to work within a professional and secure environment.
Working Hours:
- Day Shifts: 06:00 - 18:00
- Night Shifts: 18:00 - 06:00
- 4 days in/4 days off shift pattern
Pay Rate: £14.00 per hour
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintaining a safe and secure environment at all times
- Carrying out regular patrols and security checks
- Monitoring access and ensuring only authorised personnel enter the site
- Controlling site entry and exit points
- Reporting any incidents, hazards, or suspicious activity
- Completing security logs and daily reports
- Supporting the client and site team with any security-related requirements
The Ideal Candidate:
- Previous experience working as a Security Operative
- Valid SIA Security Licence (essential)
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
- Good attention to detail and the ability to follow site procedures
