GENERAL CLEANER | READING | MON TO FRI | 5PM-7PM | £13.45 P/H | BASIC DBS REQUIRED
We are currently recruiting for a General Cleaner to join one of our client's sites in Reading. This is a part-time role, working 2 hours per day, Monday to Friday.
IMPORTANT: A valid Basic DBS is required for this role. Candidates without a Basic DBS cannot be considered.
Working Schedule
- Monday to Friday
- 2 hours per day
- 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM
Key Responsibilities
- Cleaning toilets and washroom facilities
- Cleaning kitchen areas
- Cleaning crew rooms
- Sweeping, mopping and vacuuming floors
- Emptying bins and disposing of waste correctly
- Sanitising touchpoints and high-traffic areas
- Replenishing cleaning consumables
- Carrying out high-level dusting once a week
- Following cleaning schedules and procedures
- Reporting any maintenance or health & safety concerns
- Ensuring all duties are completed to a high standard
Ideal Candidate
- Valid Basic DBS required
- Previous cleaning experience preferred
- Reliable and punctual
- Good communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Able to work independently and manage their workload effectively
- Good understanding of health & safety procedures
- Flexible and dependable
- Physically fit and comfortable carrying out cleaning duties
