AGS ONE is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Apprentice Business Administrator to join our team in Brighton.
This is a fantastic opportunity to gain valuable hands‑on experience within a professional recruitment and business environment, while working towards a Level 3 Business Administrator Apprenticeship through Apprentice Academy.
- What You'll Be Doing
- Managing emails, documents and records
- Updating internal systems and databases
- Assisting with reports and spreadsheets
- Supporting recruitment and business administration processes
- Communicating with candidates, clients and colleagues
- Helping with day‑to‑day office tasks
- Maintaining accurate and organised records
- What We’re Looking For
- Organised and reliable
- Enthusiastic and eager to learn
- Confident and professional when communicating
- Comfortable using computers and Microsoft Office
- A good team player
- Able to manage multiple tasks
- Positive, hardworking and motivated to build a career
We’re looking for someone with at least 6 weeks of previous administration experience who is ready to take the next step and build a great career in Business Administration.
