MOBILE CLEANER | MANCHESTER | £14.20 P/H | MON-FRI | 20:30-05:00
We are recruiting for an experienced and reliable Mobile Cleaner to join us and work for one of our important clients in Manchester.
This is a full-time night position, working Monday to Friday, 20:30 to 05:00, providing 40 hours per week at £14.20 per hour.
The role will involve travelling between different locations as required and carrying out a range of general and specialist cleaning duties. The successful candidate must be comfortable working independently, travelling between locations and using cleaning equipment and machinery when required.
Key Responsibilities
- Carrying out general cleaning duties across assigned locations
- Cleaning offices, welfare areas, toilets, corridors and communal areas
- Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming and dusting
- Emptying bins and disposing of waste correctly
- Cleaning and maintaining floors and other surfaces
- Carrying out periodic and deep-cleaning duties when required
- Using cleaning machinery and equipment safely
- Replenishing cleaning and hygiene supplies
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness across all assigned areas
- Following cleaning schedules, site procedures and health and safety requirements
- Reporting any maintenance issues, damage or cleaning requirements to the supervisor
- Travelling between locations as required during the shift
- Working independently and managing time effectively to complete all scheduled duties
Ideal Candidate
- Full UK driving licence - mandatory
- Previous professional cleaning experience
- Experience working across multiple sites or in a mobile cleaning role is desirable
- Comfortable working night shifts
- Experience using cleaning machinery is desirable
- Reliable, punctual and flexible
- Good attention to detail
- Good communication skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Physically fit and comfortable carrying out cleaning duties for extended periods
- Professional and positive attitude
- Good understanding of health and safety procedures
