GENERAL CLEANER | WEST LONDON | MON-FRI | 7PM-10PM | £14.80 P/H | COVER ROLE

We are currently recruiting for a General Cleaner to join one of our major client's sites in West London. This is a temporary cover role, working 3 hours per day, Monday to Friday, in a busy environment where high standards of cleanliness and presentation are essential.
Cover Dates: 23rd September to 2nd October (Sat and Sun OFF)
Working Hours: 7:00 PM to 10:00 PM
Pay Rate: £14.80 per hour

Key Responsibilities
- Cleaning and sanitising toilets, washrooms and staff facilities
- Cleaning kitchen and refreshment areas
- Sweeping, mopping and vacuuming floors
- Emptying bins and disposing of waste correctly
- Cleaning high-traffic areas and frequently touched surfaces
- Dusting and wiping surfaces, fixtures and fittings
- Replenishing cleaning materials and consumables
- Carrying out detailed cleaning to maintain a high standard of presentation
- Following cleaning schedules, procedures and health & safety guidelines
- Working carefully and efficiently in a busy environment
- Reporting any maintenance, damage or health & safety concerns
- Ensuring all assigned areas are left clean, tidy and presentable
Ideal Candidate
Valid Basic DBS check - mandatory. Candidates without a valid Basic DBS cannot be considered.
- Previous commercial cleaning experience preferred
- Reliable, punctual and dependable
- Good attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness
- Comfortable working independently and managing their workload
- Able to work efficiently in a busy environment
- Good understanding of health & safety and cleaning procedures
- Professional and respectful when working around staff and members of the public
- Flexible and willing to support with different cleaning tasks as required
- Physically fit and comfortable carrying out general cleaning duties
