We are looking for a Recruitment Coordinator with 180 recruitment experience and looking to develop their skills to support us in taking the business to the next level. You'll have the opportunity to manage key accounts with some of our most trusted long-term clients and proactively seek out new prospects.

You will dedicate your time to generating robust relationships with new and existing workforce, as well as candidates. You'll be the critical point of contact for our workforce, navigating competing demands and managing relationships with the hiring managers smoothly fulfilling their requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes across multiple vacancies and departments.
  • Conduct pre-employment checks including Right to Work (RTW), referencing, DBS checks, ID verification, and qualification validation.
  • Ensure all candidate compliance documentation is completed accurately and maintained in line with GDPR and company policies.
  • Verify and monitor Right to Work documentation using Home Office guidelines and online share code checking systems.
  • Engage, meet and develop strong relationships with new and existing client businesses.
  • Negotiate rates and salaries, providing a valuable benchmarking strategy.
  • Strategically and proactively identify ideal candidates for our clients.
  • Effectively communicate on the phone, email and in person to understand candidates' backgrounds and motivations, client requirements and match the two seamlessly.
  • Be the pivotal intermediary between candidates and clients.
  • Play a key role in the deal process from end to end, directly influencing industry leaders and the successes of new and existing clients.
  • Build a personal brand to market yourself as a 'go to' person in the industry.
  • Generate leads and secure new business.
Credentials/Training & Experience Required
  • 6-12 months recruitment experience.
  • Resilient with excellent communication skills, outgoing and confident.
  • Technically savvy with a demonstrated proficiency in using MS Excel.
  • Strong work ethic, attention to detail and a service-oriented attitude.
  • Ability to work with a high degree of self-direction and flexibility, especially with respect to taking initiative, prioritising multiple tasks, and using good judgement to resolve problems.
  • Think on your feet.
  • Previous experience of high-volume recruiting is preferred, with a good sales bias.
