- We are currently recruiting for a
Post Room Assistant to join the team of one of our major clients in London , working within a university setting.
We are looking for someone with previous mailroom, post room, logistics, or similar experience , with good IT skills and the ability to work independently in a busy operational environment.

Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 18:00

Key Responsibilities
- Receiving, sorting and distributing incoming post and deliveries.
- Preparing and sending outgoing mail and parcels.
- Ensuring mail and packages are delivered to the correct departments and recipients.
- Handling internal and external deliveries efficiently and professionally.
- Keeping accurate records of incoming and outgoing post.
- Using IT systems to record and track deliveries where required.
- Liaising with staff, students, couriers and suppliers.
- Maintaining a clean, organised and secure post room.
- Following all site procedures, including health and safety requirements.
- Supporting with general post room and logistics duties as required.
Requirements
- Previous mailroom, post room, logistics or similar experience is preferred.
- Good IT and organisational skills.
- Able to work independently and manage a busy workload.
- Good attention to detail.
- Reliable, punctual and professional.
- Good communication skills.
- Comfortable handling parcels and deliveries throughout the day.
