CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE | £30K P/A | LONDON | FULL TIME

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Customer Services Representative & Sales Agent to join our growing Operations Support team. Whether you already have customer service experience or are looking for your first opportunity in this field, we'd love to hear from you.
The Role
As part of our Operations Support team, you will be responsible for speaking with customers, processing enquiries, booking appointments, supporting sales activities, and helping ensure our day-to-day operations run smoothly.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is confident communicating with people, eager to learn, and looking to build a long-term career within a supportive business.
What You'll Be Doing
- Handling customer enquiries via phone, email, and messaging platforms.
- Booking and confirming appointments.
- Following up on customer enquiries and sales leads.
- Maintaining accurate records and updating company systems.
- Working closely with colleagues to coordinate appointments and services.
- Providing general administrative support to the wider team.
- Delivering excellent customer service and helping customers find solutions.

You should be:
- Friendly, professional, and confident when speaking with people.
- Organised and able to manage multiple tasks.
- Comfortable using computers and learning new systems.
- A strong communicator with good written and verbal skills.
- Motivated to learn and develop new skills.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team.
Previous customer service, sales, administration, retail, hospitality, or call centre experience is beneficial but not essential. Full training will be provided for the right candidate.
