AGS Associates are a distinguished Executive Search Recruitment firm, specialists in the Construction and Life Sciences markets. We are rapidly expanding and looking to grow our team in our recently opened office in Dubai. We are looking for individuals with some prior Recruitment, Sales, Real Estate or similar backgrounds that have a strong understanding and passion for the Sales environment.
Dubai, UAE - initial training in London, UK with relocation to Dubai supported by us. Salary: Competitive Salary (higher than market average) + an industry-leading, uncapped commission structure of up to 60%.
You will be working in a 360 Recruitment role, focusing on the US market with later opportunities to expand into other geographic regions (MENA & APAC).
- Candidate Sourcing: Headhunting for Executives and specialists within your market, taking screening calls with candidates, managing the end-to-end recruitment process, which includes organising interviews & providing feedback from them, in addition to supporting both candidate and client through offer negotiation.
- Business Development: Utilising methods and tools to attract new clients and business, developing current clients and building out market presence.
Recruitment isn’t a typical 9-5 and you can expect to work the occasional hours outside the scheduled hours - the more you put in the greater the reward. Rapid career progression - within our group people have hit management within their first 12 months. Excellent training program by our G&E Academy to support & accelerate your career development. Your successes - what sales, academic, or sporting achievements have you had? Persistence - exploring all avenues and leaving no stone unturned. Strong communication skills - confident speaking, being a good listener, and professional writing skills. Approximately 1 year in a Recruitment, Sales, Real Estate or similar field. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is preferred.
