The Role:

As a Graduate Consultant, you’ll have the opportunity to:

• Interview candidates to understand their skills and career goals, helping them find their dream jobs.
• Meet with clients to understand their business needs and help them find top-tier talent.
• Dive deep into the industries you’ll specialize in, becoming a trusted expert.
• Headhunting candidates for difficult to fill retained vacancies
• Use your skills to source the best candidates for challenging roles and negotiate contracts with clients and candidates alike.

Pay: Starting at £26,000.00 per year
