The Position

  • Meeting with candidates in-person/virtually to understand their skill set and career aspirations
  • Meeting with clients in-person/virtually to understand their business, and growth plans and qualify for vacancies
  • In-depth research into your industry so you become an expert in your field
  • Headhunting candidates for difficult-to-fill retained vacancies
  • Negotiating contracts of employment with candidates/ terms of business with clients

Incentives

AGS has an unrivalled commission scheme, paying up to 60% of the fee on commission to top-performing Consultants. Our biggest commission payout in a single month is £80,000!

We run numerous monthly, quarterly, and yearly incentives, including Michelin Star restaurants and team activities such as go-karting and paint-balling. Our quarterly incentives over the past few years have included trips to Miami, Ibizia, Barcelona, Las Vegas, and Courchevel.
