Agrispray Drones is a rapidly growing agricultural drone services company delivering precision spraying, fertiliser spreading, and specialist drone applications to farmers, growers, estates, and commercial land managers across the South West. We are looking for a motivated and well-connected Sales Associate to help us expand our customer base and develop new business opportunities throughout Cornwall, Devon, the south west and nationwide.

The Role

This is a flexible, part-time, commission-based position ideal for someone with experience in sales, agriculture, horticulture, agronomy, rural business, agricultural machinery sales, or farm consultancy. The role does have scope to become full time.

You will be responsible for:

  • Identifying and approaching potential customers
  • Building relationships with farmers, growers, estates, vineyards, glasshouse and polytunnel operators, agricultural contractors, and solar panel installation operators.
  • Generating qualified leads and booking meetings
  • Representing Agrispray Drones at industry events, demonstrations, and trade shows
  • Helping educate customers on the benefits of agricultural drone technology
  • Supporting the growth of our business throughout the South West

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
  • Knowledge of the agricultural or horticultural sector
  • Existing industry contacts would be highly advantageous
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Willingness to travel throughout the South West
