We are seeking a motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our dynamic sales team. This role is ideal for individuals with experience in SaaS sales, B2B prospecting, or direct-to-customer outreach environments, and a keen interest in technology. As an SDR, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients, playing a crucial role in driving AGR's growth.
Key Responsibilities- Lead Qualification: Assess and qualify inbound leads from our website, marketing campaigns, and HubSpot.
- Prospecting: Research and identify potential outbound clients aligned with our target audience.
- Outreach: Engage with decision-makers through email, LinkedIn, and phone calls.
- Discovery Calls: Conduct initial calls to understand client needs and pain points.
- Product Education: Articulate how AGR's supply-chain optimization tools can support client growth.
- Meeting Scheduling: Arrange qualified meetings for the senior sales team.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate records in HubSpot and assist in developing outreach strategies and sales playbooks.
- Required: 1β2 years of experience in SDR/BDR roles, preferably within SaaS sales or B2B environments.
- Proficiency in English (mandatory) and one or more of the following languages: Danish.
- Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred), LinkedIn, and outreach automation tools.
