Whether your background is in commercial growing, agronomy, biological inputs, or working within the horticultural industry, this is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference within a fast‑expanding, innovative organisation.

About Us

We are one of the UK’s fastest‑growing companies in crop protection, nutrition, and biologicals—known for our technical expertise, exceptional customer service, and industry‑leading approach to sustainable horticulture. As demand for our solutions continues to grow, we are expanding our facilities, team, and product portfolio. Joining us means becoming part of a forward‑thinking business committed to supporting growers and horticultural professionals across the supply chain.

The Role

We’re recruiting a Horticulture Sales Account Manager to work closely with commercial growers, nurseries, and industry partners across the UK. This is a varied, customer‑facing role combining field‑based visits, remote working, and time at our Lincolnshire head office. You’ll build strong relationships, offer trusted technical advice, and help customers achieve the best results from our crop protection and biological solutions. You’ll also represent us at trade events, field trials, and technical meetings across the UK—and occasionally overseas.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of horticulture customers, including growers and nurseries.
  • Use your industry knowledge and network to identify new opportunities and strengthen existing relationships.
  • Provide technical guidance and integrated crop management recommendations.
  • Support product development and contribute to marketing, demonstrations, and trial activity.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, technical events, and field trials.
  • Deliver high‑quality customer support via site visits, calls, and digital communication.
  • Maintain accurate records using CRM and modern communication tools.

About You

You will be a motivated and personable professional with strong horticultural knowledge and the confidence to engage with growers and industry partners at all levels.

Essential Requirements

  • Solid background in horticulture—either hands‑on experience or a strong track record working with growers, nurseries, or protected cropping systems.
  • Established industry network across growers, suppliers, or horticultural professionals.
  • Genuine passion for crop health, biological products, and sustainable production.
  • Strong commercial awareness and a relationship‑led approach to sales.
  • Highly organised, proactive, and comfortable working independently.
  • Confident using CRM systems, Microsoft Office, Outlook, and modern communication tools.
  • Full UK driving licence with flexibility to travel.

Desirable

  • Previous B2B sales experience within horticulture, agronomy, or biological inputs.
  • BASIS/FACTS or willingness to work towards these qualifications (training provided).

What We Offer

  • Salary ÂŁ35–45k depending on experience + performance‑based bonus.
  • 23 days holiday + public holidays.
  • Employee Healthcare Scheme, Pension Plan, and Gym Membership.
  • Flexible working options and regular team‑building events.
  • The opportunity to help shape the future of UK horticulture within an ambitious, supportive company.

Location

This is a full‑time role based at our Lincolnshire head office, with national travel and remote working as part of the position. Gem House, Unit 6, Riverside Enterprise Park, Saxilby, Lincoln, LN1 2FU
