- Support product development and contribute to marketing, demonstrations, and trial activity.
- Represent the company at trade shows, technical events, and field trials.
- Deliver high‑quality customer support via site visits, calls, and digital communication.
- Maintain accurate records using CRM and modern communication tools.
About You
You will be a motivated and personable professional with strong horticultural knowledge and the confidence to engage with growers and industry partners at all levels.
Essential Requirements
- Solid background in horticulture—either hands‑on experience or a strong track record working with growers, nurseries, or protected cropping systems.
- Established industry network across growers, suppliers, or horticultural professionals.
- Genuine passion for crop health, biological products, and sustainable production.
- Strong commercial awareness and a relationship‑led approach to sales.
- Highly organised, proactive, and comfortable working independently.
- Confident using CRM systems, Microsoft Office, Outlook, and modern communication tools.
- Full UK driving licence with flexibility to travel.
Desirable
- Previous B2B sales experience within horticulture, agronomy, or biological inputs.
- BASIS/FACTS or willingness to work towards these qualifications (training provided).
What We Offer
- Salary £35–45k depending on experience + performance‑based bonus.
- 23 days holiday + public holidays.
- Employee Healthcare Scheme, Pension Plan, and Gym Membership.
- Flexible working options and regular team‑building events.
- The opportunity to help shape the future of UK horticulture within an ambitious, supportive company.
