We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated UK & Ireland Sales Manager to join a dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 10 years of experience within the AgroChemicals and Crop Protection industry, a proven track record of delivering sales targets, and excellent leadership and communication skills. This role offers the opportunity to work with a leading agrochemicals company and to grow your career within the industry.
Key Duties:
- Develop and execute a sales strategy for the UK and Ireland in line with the company's overall objectives.
- Manage and develop the existing customer base and identify new business opportunities.
- Deliver on sales targets and ensure that the sales team is meeting their objectives.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to the Head of Sales.
- Ensure that the team is fully trained and motivated to achieve their targets.
- Work closely with other departments, such as Marketing and R&D, to ensure a coordinated approach to customer needs.
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences.
- Travel within the UK and Ireland as required, with occasional international travel.
The Person:
- 10 years of experience within the Agrochemicals and Crop Protection industry.
- Strong sales track record, with experience in managing a sales team.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Strong commercial acumen with a focus on achieving sales targets.
- Self-motivated, proactive and able to work independently.
- Ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
- A full UK driving license and willingness to travel.
The Package:
Salary circa £60k with £100k OTE + Company Car + Superb Additional Benefits + Career Progression and the amazing opportunity to become a partner within the company.
