UK & Ireland Sales Leader – Remote, regular travel to Ireland – £80,000

The Job

This role combines strong commercial leadership with technical expertise in animal nutrition. You will oversee sales operations across the UK & Ireland, ensuring customers receive innovative, tailored feed solutions while driving performance and growth across multiple sectors.

The Candidate

• Proven experience in sales leadership, ideally within animal nutrition, feed or agri-tech
• Strong technical knowledge of animal nutrition (degree in Animal Science, Agriculture or related subject preferred)
• A successful track record of developing and implementing sales strategies
• Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to mentor and motivate teams
• Strong commercial acumen with the ability to identify growth opportunities
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship building skills
• Flexibility and willingness to travel across the UK and Ireland

The Package

• Salary: £70,000–£80,000 DOE
