The Job:
- Supporting the Director, Head of Development and Senior Planner on planning and regeneration projects
- Preparing pre-application and planning application submissions
- Providing planning and development advice for sports, recreational, residential and commercial schemes
- Writing reports and preparing draft proposals for client approval
- Attending site visits and public/stakeholder consultations across the UK
- Liaising with internal teams and external sub-consultants
- Contributing creatively to problem solving within development projects

With a long-standing history delivering major national and international projects, the business works across sports, recreation and urban environments, supporting high profile clients throughout the UK.
The Candidate:
- Degree accredited by the Royal Town Planning Institute (RTPI)
- Chartered RTPI member or working towards chartership
- Ideally 2+ years post-qualification experience (not essential)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Able to manage multiple applications and workloads effectively
- Full UK driving licence
- Interest in sports, environmental or urban development projects (desirable)
