- Degree or equivalent in Agriculture, Crop Science, or related discipline, or strong relevant practical experience
- Practical knowledge of root and field crops (e.g., potatoes, carrots, onions, cereals)
- Experience in crop monitoring, trials, or technical farm operations
- Strong IT skills, including data collection and analysis (Excel, farm management software)
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Full UK driving licence
- Knowledge of food assurance schemes and audit requirements
- Experience with precision farming tools and data systems
